Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of any personal data Lumelead holds about you. This page explains how, depending on who you are.

If you messaged a clinic on Facebook or Instagram

If you contacted a business through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct and that business uses Lumelead, we may process your messages on the business’s behalf. To have that data deleted:

1. Email privacy@lumelead.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us the name of the business you messaged and the Facebook or Instagram username you messaged from.
3. We will verify the request, delete your contact record and full conversation history from our systems, and confirm by reply within 30 days.

You can also ask the business directly — clinic staff can delete a lead record, which permanently removes the contact details and all associated conversations.

If you contacted a clinic by chat, SMS, or email

1. Email privacy@lumelead.com from the address you used, or include the phone number you texted from.
2. Name the clinic you contacted.
3. We will verify and delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

If you are a Lumelead clinic customer

Deleting your clinic account permanently removes all data associated with your tenancy: your business content, every lead’s contact details, all conversation history, campaign data, and consent records. You can do this from your dashboard settings, or by emailing privacy@lumelead.com from your account email. Residual copies are removed from encrypted backups on a rolling basis within 35 days.

What deletion covers

• Contact details (name, phone number, email, social messaging identifiers)
• All conversation messages, across every channel
• Lead scores, notes, and engagement history
• Campaign and booking activity linked to you

We retain only what the law requires us to keep (for example, a minimal suppression record so an opt-out continues to be honored).
